Our mission is simple - laid out by God through the Great Commandment: Love God; Love others.  At Stafford CCC, We CELEBRATE God's love through personal and corporate worship; we CONNECT to one another and others in our community through healthy, loving relationships; and we CONTRIBUTE to our church and local community by serving the needs of both communities.

These values are the guiding principles that represent what we believe about ourselves and our organization. They represent how we interact with each other, with the community, working as a team to accomplish our mission, purposes, and goals. We believe:

* The Bible is our final authority for faith and practice.

* Service to Christ merits excellence in everything we do.

* Leaders are accountable first to God and, then, to the people they serve.

* We are called to submit to and actively support Godly leaders.

* God-given gifts and talents should be used and developed for service to Jesus Christ.

* Service to Christ and His church is a vital part of developing spiritual maturity.

* God honors a spirit of humility, integrity, and Christlike character in all areas of service.

* All people have worth and value to God and, thus, to us.

* The love and grace of Christ should be manifested in practical ways in the community and throughout the world.

* The family is God's primary unit for ministry, and therefore, the family should be nurtured.

* It is God's will that every believer grow to maturity in Christ.

* Both corporate and personal encounters with God are vital.

* We must practice wise stewardship of God's resources.
